Crew Leaders
Crew Leaders are the life blood of VBS, and we need lots of them. Each crew leader will have about 5 children in their crew. They are with the same 5 children all week, and travel in the same large group all week. Each large group contains 8 crews. Crew Leaders help the children with workshops, talk to them about “God Sightings” and much more!
FACTS: All week commitment, 40 needed!
Materials Coordinator
Like to organize? This job is for you! This person puts together lists of needed supplies, collects supplies, and makes sure that they are in the right place at the right time.
FACTS: Mostly before VBS starts
Imagination Station
The Imagination Station is new this year! Children will explore the Bible stories through experiments and activities that highlight the Bible points and bring the stories to life! Most the activities are science experiments with a little twist. The Imagination Station leader meets with each large group every day.
FACTS: Leaders for both Preschool and Elementary; All week, but can be shared by several people.
Games
Games leaders play Bible based games with the children, one group at a time. The games are both active and educational. Game ideas and lessons are provided.

Bible Adventure (story)
Bible Adventure! This is a dynamic storytelling workshop where children learn the daily story through imaginative play, acting, games and more. Bible Adventure is a great way to get to know the children and learn how they think about God and Bible.

Video
Come see what Chadder is up to this year! The video workshop follows the adventures of Chadder, a character from Group Inc, who learns about the Bible through a crazy adventure. Help the kids dig into the Bible meaning with him!

Snacks!
This can (and should) be a team of people. The snack people meet with a different group each day to prepare the snack for everyone! This is a great, tangible service project for the children

Decorators
Ready for take-off? You Bet! We need to gather a crew of people to assemble and put up amazing sky themed decorations (clouds, airplanes, balloons, you get the idea). Can you help?

Music Leader
Ready to sing? The Music Leader starts and ends each day at VBS with Songs and Skits. They help the children learn the songs and actions and help teach the day’s Bible Point.
FACTS: All week opening and closing, 1 needed
Actor/Helper
The Music leader needs a sidekick! This person is the actor in several skits throughout the week. They also help the music leader get everything ready for opening and closing.
FACTS: All week, 1 needed
Techie
The techie runs the computer for the opening and closing, and takes pictures during the week
